German coffee Cake

- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teasoon salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients and spread in 7 X11 pan. Sprinkle with however much sugar and cinamon mixture you’d like. Cut thin slivers of butter and push into topping (warning, sticky!) and dot more butter all over top. Bake for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean.
