My Record Store
I’d like to open a record store called Book Cover Records. It’d be a concept store based on judging a book by its cover, or in this case, juding music based on its packaging.
In my store, we would only stock releases with exceptionally thoughtful, beautiful and well done music packaging. Perhaps we would even partner up with artists to make limited edition CDs or vinyl covers for releases we think could use some help.
Would you visit my store? Do you think you’d buy anything? When was the last time you enjoyed opening a new CD case and exploring its content? It can still be magical.
