Why does everything suck?: Adobe Introduces P2P Flash Player, Kills CDNs

I don’t fully understand all the jargon in this but it sounds really really really really interesting and potentially game-changing.  But of course without fully understanding the whole article, I’m just echoing the sentiment laid out by the author.  Can anyone decode (lazyweb request) plz?
